How Aakam’s technology could serve logistics
A delivery operator is judged on events it does not fully observe. What was promised, what was attempted and what actually arrived are recorded by different systems and reconciled afterwards, if at all.
Aakam does not serve logistics today. No operator is a customer. Only one of the three products has an honest argument here, and listing the other two would make this page less believable rather than fuller.
The same problems, in a business that is not a store.
Events that never reach the reportRaasidThe gap between what happened in the field and what the reporting layer received is where every argument with a merchant starts. What it would do. Capturing an event at its source and delivering it complete is precisely the mechanism Raasid was built around. The event type is different; the problem is not.
Two of Aakam’s three products have nothing to say to a logistics operator. That is a more useful thing to know than a page that pretended otherwise.
Aakam does not build custom software to order. These are products with their own roadmaps and their own customers; an industry page is an argument about where those products fit, not an offer to build something new.
